Gender equality is men and women enjoy the same rights and opportunities. Equality of the gender is the view that men and women should receive equal treatment and should not be discriminated against based on gender. The most important general issue  women are discriminated against in education, the wages for  women and men are unequal and also in the workplace and within family remains low in gender equality.

we the norbertine need to encourage people to go beyond stereotypes ,treat them fairly, explore thoughts, work together for a common good, help one another and Together we can create a better world.
