Parents are free to pay the fees for the whole year at the beginning of the year, or in four instalments as given below.

Fees are to be remitted in four instalments.
All fees should be paid by the dates stipulated. After that, a fine of Rs. 5 will be charged for every day of delay.
All fees must be fully cleared before a student is admitted to any examination. The admission card should be signed by the Treasurer at least three days before.
The receipts shall be kept till the result, and produced if required.
Fees can be paid by cheque. Payment by cheque has to be made 10 days before the due date.
Cheques dishonoured by the bank attract a penalty of Rs. 200, and the facility will be discontinued for those parents.
Terms for online payment
Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the facility indicates that you accept these terms.
- Currency and revision
- All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. The school reserves the right to change the fees as per government directions.
- Credit time
- Your payment will normally reach the school account within two working days. The school is not responsible for delay caused by an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details.
- Refund policy
- Refunds, if applicable and at the discretion of the management, will only be made to the debit or credit card used for the original transaction.
- Security
- All online transactions are executed using SSL technology to ensure a secured transaction.
- Service provider
- The school is not directly involved in the online payment, but works through a service provider (BillDesk through Federal Bank).
- Confirmation
- If confirmation is not received within 14 days of payment, it is the student’s responsibility to check with the school that the payment has been accepted. The student remains responsible for the tuition fees until confirmation is received.
